(1)  We strongly recommend that all living history enthusiasts carry public liability insurance
for their own legal & financial protection, but we recognise that this varies according to risk and
need and may not apply to individuals simply attending, or  if engaged in non-hazardous displays.

enclosing an A5 SAE. 

(3) Not necessary on subsequent bookings unless your display content significantly changes.

(6) Please supply a clear photograph of your impression(s)/vehicle(s)
if new to us in (.jpg, .gif or .tif format) maximum file size 100k,
use the browse button to locate the file on your computer.
 Not necessary on subsequent bookings unless the display significantly changes.
(7) Size or weight restrictions may apply, please contact EventPlan for details.

(8) Passes may be required. If so these will be forwarded to you before the event.
The number of passes may be limited at events where admission prices apply.
